Siempre he escuchado eso de que lo importante es lo que llevamos por dentro, que lo que realmente importa son los sentimientos ...
Estoy de acuerdo con eso, pero no completamente, y como casi el 98% de las mujeres quiere siempre verse bien y mejor, es que vivo en una constante lucha con los kilos de mas, y sobre todo la gran exigencia que me hago al momento de querer "apretar" esos musculos que mas que en descanzo, estan en huelga hace ya un tiempo...
Nunca he hecho una dieta. A lo mas he estado por algun tiempo comiendo "mas liviano" a mi parecer, pero creo que mi fuerte va en lo deportivamente hablando :D
El año pasado estuve llendo como por 6 meses a clases de aerobica 3 veces por semana, cosa que los 1eros dias me dejaban mas que molida, pero despues de eso ya era casi una adiccion. Me puse muy fanática y aunque ya ni me importaba si bajaba o no de peso ( principal objetivo ) eso ya habia pasado a 2º plano, lo pasaba muy bien y no faltaba a ni una clases. Incluso durante todo ese tiempo no me pesé. Ahora no pasaba por un cuento estético, sino que me sentia tan bien, creo que durante todo ese tiempo que mantuve el ritmo no me enfermé nunca, bueno aparte de mi alergia que es como parte de mi en cierta parte del año... nada!
Ayer fui nuevamente, despues de casi 3 meses de ausencia, a una clases de aerobica.. sin step a diferencia del año pasado y ahora a las 8 y media de la mañana ... y me lleve la gran sorpresa de la cantidad de gente que va a esta hora a hacer deporte.. es increible! aunque la mayoria eran mujeres habian varias como mi mamá... lo que me encantó! Espero llevarla cuando se le pase el lumbago con el que está... :P
Aunque tengo bien claro que este tipo de ejercicio no es mucho lo que te ayuda a bajar de peso, no importa, sino que a apretar mas la zona de los abdominales y los gluteos... (que de pasadita me duelen... hasta pa estornudar... jajajaja)
Y uds. qué tipo de deporte hacen pa' poder bajar o mantener el fisico?? o qué dietas o régimenes hacen ?? Se privan de comidas ricas?? Lo que es yo ... no me privo de comer nada!!!
Eso si, obviemos a los fanáticos(as) del ya tan conocido deporte de la "Rayuela Corta"

Upaaaaaaaa ahora que lo mencionas creo que tendré que volver a mi regimen hipocalórico y a un buen gimnacio, pues últimamente las tentaciones han sido muchas y ha ido ganando la gula.
Los primeros días de gimnacia son cosa seria, pero a medida que se va tomando ritmo, ya se hace menos pesado.
